I will do my best to create a safe, supportive, and caring space for us to work together to build the life you want. The primary focus of my therapy practice is teaching unconditional self-love, self-acceptance, and seeking joy in our lives.
I was married for 20 years and have two grown children. Consequently, I have a lot to offer in the realm of parenting, relationships, and working on improving family relationships as well. That said, the vast majority of my work has been associated with individual emotional healing and growth. Of particular interest to me is the exploration of Art Therapy.
