About
I began my career working with chronic pain patients in a multidisciplinary setting. My career has included helping clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and adult children issues including emotional, psychological, physical, and sexual abuse. Most recently, I worked with veterans with PTSD from combat, sexual trauma, and other military related trauma issues. I have extensive experience helping trauma survivors recover from their experiences.
I am certified in Prolonged Exposure & Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am trained in and working towards certification in EMDR. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help patients in their recovery process. I tailor treatment to meet the needs of each individual.
Through my years of experience I look forward to helping you in your recovery process to restore balance in your life. There is no reason to face these issues alone. Call today to schedule.
