I bring a wealth of knowledge to my work with adults and adolescents with a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, as well as grief and loss. I have developed an eclectic approach that includes therapeutic tools and strategies drawn from trauma informed therapy, person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy as well as mindfulness skills. My empathetic, non-judgmental style creates a safe and supportive environment that empowers clients to grow, build their self-worth and achieve positive change.
I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology. I have over 32 years of experience as a Mental Health Professional and a Certified School Psychologist and have worked in a variety of settings including schools, crisis services, inpatient and outpatient settings and non-profit community organizations.
