I have over 20 years of working with individuals who came to a place in life they were not expecting and needed help. I know when people need help, support and guidance they want a safe environment to be able to share those issues with someone who cares, is trained and has life experiences critical for a therapist. I create a place for individuals to have total privacy and confidentiality to share the most personal details about their lives.
I see individuals, adolescents and couples. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family System Therapy (Inner Child work/trauma) and Gottman Marriage Therapy. I am a Gottman Level 3 trained. I have experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.
Isolation is one of the biggest barriers to healing. People need community, even if it is one on one community, that opens the door to new possibilities and personal growth. I seek to maintain a holistic approach with solution-oriented objectives and goals. I partner with adolescents, adults/men and women, couples and families.
