I have years of working with individuals who came to a place in life they were not expecting and needed help. My goal is to offer a safe environment to be able to share those issues with someone who cares, trained and has life experiences critical for a therapist. I create a place for individuals to have total privacy and confidentiality to share the most personal details about their lives.
I see individuals ages 18 to 100. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family System Therapy (Inner Child work/trauma). I have experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism and ADHD.
Isolation is one of the biggest barriers to healing. People need community, even if it is one on one community, that opens the door to new possibilities and personal growth. I seek to maintain a holistic approach with solution-oriented objectives and goals.
