I will give you all the tools I have in my 'tool box' to help you make the personal changes you want to make. I believe that a well-lived life includes on-going personal self-reflection that leads to positive growth. My counseling is based on a foundation of Christian principles and precepts. I provide counseling for adults (18 yrs. and older), couples, and groups.
A few of the issues I work with include mood disorders, anxiety / panic, grief / loss, trauma, relationships/marriage, premarital counseling, and family of origin. I am an EMDR trained therapist as well. More detailed information is available on my website.
