Hello. I'm Pat Conn. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, no matter what reason brings you to it. The hardest part is making the call for an appointment. I have 36 years of experience and training to help you on your journey to live your best life. I have training to address anxiety, depression, codependency, bipolar and personality disorders, as well as, mood and thought disorders. I can also assist you with life challenges such as child rearing, marriage, work/school issues, social issues, anger management, low self-esteem, stress, loss, grief, divorce, menopause or retirement.
I’m known for being direct in my approach. Clarity helps move the process forward. My intent is to keep things clear, focused and solution oriented. My job is identifying your strengths, assessing area's that aren't working, and providing skills and techniques best suited for you to move forward. I will provide validation and accountability along the way.
Therapy can be tough at times, but the results are worth the effort. I take pride in building strong therapuetic relationships. My approach fosters ease during this therapy process and helps support you during any discomfort that arises. You will not be alone on this journey to live your best life.
