I am an LCSW. I love to train my clients with life skills that they can apply to their lives through self-determination to improve their daily living. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities. I specialize in Trauma/OCD/Anxiety, and /Depression. I have worked with a variety of populations throughout my career. I worked consistently with Trauma victims (PTSD). Substance abuse, OCD, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Teenager/Parent conflict.
I use the strengths base approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus are some of my commonly use therapy modalities within my practice.
I take pride in providing an inviting atmosphere for my clients; which is bias-free, non-judgmental, down-to-earth, come-as-you-are therapeutic environment.
