The goal of Psychotherapy is to feel and function better in the world. That's what I help my clients do. I have been in practice for 40+ years, and have trained broadly and deeply in experiential, interpersonal and couples therapy.
Before I was a psychologist, I was a nurse, and offer that background in helping as well. I bring the wisdom and insight of years of practice and life experience.
My passion is working with couples. I have a track record of successful results in this area.
I also enjoy working with individuals in response to depression, anxiety, life transitions, existential and spiritual issues.
I teach couples and individuals skills for communicating and problem-solving.
I work with people who suffer with depression, anxiety, life transition issues, want help in their marital or couples relationship, some sexual issues and other areas of needed support.
I am warm, supportive and deeply trained in many therapeutic arenas.
