There’s a way to alleviate these burdens without feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and helpless. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, offering a space where you can feel supported as you navigate change, conflict, and uncertainty. I believe growth begins with feeling safe enough to be seen and heard, and develops through curiosity, consistency, and confidence.

I work with couples, families, and individuals navigating trauma, grief and loss, infidelity, communication issues, and the challenges that come with major life changes. I often work with clients who want to deepen self-understanding, strengthen connections and approach life with more compassion and confidence.

I use a systemic approach, paying close attention to patterns of connection, communication, and meaning that influence how people relate to one another. While I may occasionally challenge you, I will provide you with a grounding space, filled with care, compassion, and support. Wherever you are in your process, I look forward to supporting you along the way.

Insurance

Out of Network

At Waterloo Therapy Group, we charge $30 per 50 minute individual and couple session and $45 per 80 minute individual and couple. I offer reduced-fee sessions at a rate comparable to a typical insurance copay. Intern sessions are private pay only, even though the practice accepts insurance.
