About

For someone who is struggling to understand what is happening internally (thoughts, feelings, sensations, and impulses) while also working to accept a current situation, it can be exhausting both mentally and emotionally. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills can empower an individual to learn strategies to become mindful, accept and tolerate difficult circumstances, and learn to analyze problems or destructive behavior patterns while replacing them with more healthy ones.
Our DBT-informed program for both teens and adults teaches the skills from the four main modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. It runs on a 27-week rotating basis, offering five modules in total. Please feel free to reach out with questions or to schedule an intake session.
