Parrish Counseling Services, MSW, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Milwaukee
What might it be like to go through the day feeling more confident, empowered and assertive? The inner resistance to be our true selves and negative thinking causes anxiety, depression, relationship(s) and other daily life problems. Focusing on finding and activating the authentic self creates a path towards higher self esteem and confidence. The self empowerment makes it easier to reestablish healthier and more positive thinking alleviating the anxiety, depression and other daily living challenges.
The combination of person centered, cognitive behavioral/mindfulness based strategies and activating the true self is the type of work we'll do together in achieving the goals you want to work on. I will help guide and support you in a safe, non judgemental and respectful space.
Lastly, I co-facilitate a therapy group focusing on self awareness, receiving support from other members and learning strategies/tools to work through life challenges.
