Parrish Counseling Services, MSW, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Milwaukee
What would it be like if getting the day going took little effort? What would life be like if we are honest with ourselves and those around us? These and other life difficulties are not because of who you are, it's because depression, anxiety and other issues are shaping us in how we think, feel and act. Work/School performance, happy relationships and our daily life satisfaction gets intreupted by negative thinking and behaviors. Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness Based Therapy I use is an effective method of resolving these problems.
Building resiliance, increasing self confidence/esteem, coping strategies and find our authentic selves are the major areas of focus. Insight and self awareness is another important aspect of treatment to help understand why we think and act in unhelpful ways.
I will help guide and support you in a safe, non judgemental and respectful space. I believe in tapping into our true authentic selves and utilize strengths, we'll resolve these issues. Please call me to decide if this is a good fit for you and I.
