One of the reasons I became a therapist is because I wanted to teach others how to advocate for their mental health needs and provide them tools they could use when facing a difficult situation or an emotion they do not understand. I am a helper and my role as your therapist will be to assist you in dealing with life’s challenges, gain control over your emotions, and improve your overall mental health. I am genuine person who takes pride in my work and meeting the needs of my clients. I provide a unique person-centered approach to my clients during each session and believe that laughter is good for the soul.
My ideal client is someone struggling with managing symptoms of depression, dissatisfaction with life's challenges, and dealing with emotional regulation. They may need assistance identifying irrational thoughts, problem-solving skills, identifying triggers, and creating a structured routine to help manage their depressive symptoms.
