Accepting New Clients! Hello! People seek therapy for various reasons and sometimes, for some, it may even be a scary and uncomfortable step to take at first. I create a safe and supportive space for you to start your journey. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients built on trust, respect, compassion, and transparency. I help teens, adults, and couples with stress, conflict, anxiety, depression, infidelity, betrayal, and or other life struggles and transitions that one may be facing.
My intent is to help you feel heard, seen, understood, and validated. Treatment can be goal-directed, relational, or process work that focuses on specific changes. My work with couples is informed by the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) model and the Gottman Method. I work with betrayal, infidelity, LGBTQ+, adults, teens, and acculturation.
