I'm Parker a Mental Health Therapist who provides telehealth / video therapy. Most of my openings are weeknights and Saturday Mornings to support busy schedules. Therapy at 7 pm on a Tuesday night from the comfort of your home? You bet! When it comes to therapy, I believe you are the author of your story. I hope to create a space where you feel brave, respected, and welcome to explore your experience. My expertise centers on mind-body connections to better manage anxiety, depression, and stress. I also have expertise working with at-risk youth and the LGBTQIA2S+ community as a culturally specific provider (CLSS) in Oregon.
Therapy with me might feel different. I frequently use humor or banter to bring levity to life's toughest adjustments in order to help transition into the personal growth and change you seek to achieve. Prior to therapy I spent 20+ years in Executive Search & HR thus also provide support for career changes. I recently completed EMDR & Hypnotherapy Training.
