Welcome to my practice. I provide in-person and online support for transitions of all kinds: adolescence, college and young adulthood, parenthood and partnership across the lifespan. My practice specializes in helping clients deepen their sense of internal clarity, emotional awareness and sense of relatedness in order to live their lives more fully.
Together we work to shift difficult intergenerational patterns and release the influence of trauma on everyday life. This allows for greater clarity about needs and emotions, which in turn improves the ability to communicate effectively. As a result, they learn to relate to themselves and others with greater fortitude, flexibility and zest.
I would be happy to hear from you and see how I might be able to support you in your goals.
