I work with teens and young adults who feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to break. They may struggle with OCD, eating disorder, body image distress, suicidality/self-injury, anger management, life stressors, or anxiety/panic. They could be feeling the pressures of relationships, social media, school, and life as an adult. Some may even be looking for a safe and confidential space to talk things through while serving probation, parole, or working with Child Protective Services. Others may be looking for an individual therapist to work with while working through an IOP DBT, ERP, or Mood Dis. program.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I help clients reduce symptoms, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful.
My goal is to provide a supportive but direct and collaborative space where clients feel understood and challenged to grow. For those needing additional support, access to our co-occurring Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a seamless path to more comprehensive care.
