I work with adolescents (ages 11-18) and young adults (ages 18-35) who feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to break. They may struggle with body image concerns, depression, anxiety, substance use, communication, compulsive behaviors, intrusive thoughts, disordered eating, and controlling their anger and emotions. Or they could be feeling the pressures of relationships, social media, school, and life as an adult. Many young men find it difficult to discuss emotions and often feel isolated or misunderstood due to social barriers. Therapy helps clients find a confidential space to build insight and develop skills to make change.
I specialize in OCD, eating disorders, men's issues, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Using evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I help clients reduce symptoms, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful.
My goal is to provide a supportive but direct and collaborative space where clients feel understood and challenged to grow. For those needing additional support, access to our co-occurring Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a seamless path to more comprehensive care.
