Welcome. If you are looking to deepen your relationship with yourself and others, to heal from complexities of life, to nourish yourself and help cultivate a life that is full and abundant, then I am glad we found one another. Often we get swept up in the “go, go, go” nature of society only to detach and shut down at the end of the day. I believe we can experience something much different. I believe we can find ease, joy, creativity, confidence, peace and deep fulfillment in our lives, by reconnecting with our inner spark and letting it guide us to self-healing.
There are many tools we can use to connect with your inner spark. I invite use of expressive modalities such as art, somatic awareness and sand tray therapy to create a nourishing space to do so in a truly embodied way. I integrate practices from trauma processing, attachment/family-of-origin healing, perinatal mental health, NARM and brainspotting.
I believe through deep connection, with ourselves, others and the world around us we can experience contentment and joy that right now we only let ourselves imagine. I simply hold the hope and belief that it is possible, and create relational space for you to experience it. I practice as a partner of Park Wellness Group located in Severna Park, Maryland.
