My name is Parish Richard (ree-shard) and I am Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensed in the states of Kentucky and Ohio. I graduated from Western Kentucky University with my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with adults, families, children, and adolescents. I have worked with clients of all backgrounds and have helped individuals concerning a variety of different issues. I utilize strategies catered to my clients based on their unique individual needs.
I am trained in EMDR, motivational interviewing, and I pull from various other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems, and Reality Therapy, but definitely aren't limited to only these.
