Parish Health and Wellness (PHW) is a group practice providing in person and telehealth counseling throughout California. Our therapists create a space for healing! In this world, there are many of us struggling with life issues (such as divorce, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction). Between all our providers, we have therapist who can address most mental health needs. We serve children 8+, adults, and seniors.
Conflicts should be expected, planned for, and nurtured! Internal and / or external conflicts are healthy for meaningful constructive growth. It is how we deal with the conflict that makes the difference.
The founder, Linda Spyres, LCSW has 22 years experience: 14 years working in county mental health and county drug and alcohol programs before founding this group practice (2017). She specializes in trauma, anxiety, and addiction issues. She is both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor.
