Parish Health and Wellness (PHW) is a group practice providing telehealth counseling throughout California. Our therapist are talented at creating a space for healing! There are many of us struggling with life issues (such as divorce, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction). We have 10 well trained and compassionate providers working with PHW. Between the providers we are able to provide high quality service to people age 8 and up dealing with a wide variety of mental health needs. The founder, Linda Spyres, LCSW has 14 years experience working in county mental health and county drug and alcohol programs before founding this group practice (2017). She specializes in trauma, anxiety, and addiction issues. She is both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor.
