I specialize in supporting children, teens, young adults, and families facing conflict, stress, or parenting challenges. In a collaborative space, I help each person feel heard, understand relationship patterns, and develop tools that strengthen communication, confidence, and connection.
I help families and young people move from conflict and overwhelm to connection and confidence by creating a supportive space where every voice is heard and practical tools for change are built.
Family conflict and communication struggles can feel overwhelming, especially with ADHD in the mix. I use CBT, mindfulness, and practical skills-based strategies to help children, teens, and families manage big emotions, strengthen executive functioning, and build healthier patterns in a supportive, collaborative space.
