Hello! My name is Paris Conwell. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. As a counselor with advanced training in adventure-based and somatic techniques, I inspire people to reconnect with themselves and their authenticity. I facilitate therapeutic experiences through optimizing existing strengths and relationship-focused interventions. My passion is fueled by years of outdoor living and adventures, my belief in growth and human creativity, and my Indigenous Ryukyuan heritage.
I integrate experiential, somatic, nature-based, canine-assisted, and neurobiology-informed approaches (such as attachment work and vagal or nervous system support) with evidence-based practices such as CBT and person-centered therapy.
I offer a "brave space" for sharing. I am an active listener and always meet you where you are at and ready to talk about or explore. I incorporate my intuition and a dash of humor as we focus on your strengths as well as your goals.
