Groups Only - Did you know that growing up as an undiagnosed ADHDer is traumatic? Even when childhood was completely stable and loving, research shows that neurodivergent people are more sensitive than others to sensory, emotional, and physical input. After a lifetime of us trying to deal with too much input, what happens? Everything catches to with us. Usually in parenthood, which is just one reason we often feel alone, overwhelmed, and under-supported post-parenthood. My mission as a neurodivergent therapist and parent is to bring late-diagnosed ADHD/AuDHD parents together to increase their self-understanding and self-compassion.
I cultivate a supportive, safe, and validating group setting for neurodivergent parents where you can fully let your guard down and and exist authentically in the company of others who understand. I focus on clarifying the confusing and overwhelming moments of parenting (or life in general) for group members, helping you access true balance and fulfillment.
My services aim to do more than just educate! Come gain a steady source of meaningful, connective support as you navigate this chapter of life with others who understand and are living it too. Parents with ADHD Group
Our online group coaching cohort is for parents with ADHD/neurodivergence. We offer a supportive space to connect with like-minded parents who understand your experiences, providing the validation needed to escape burnout and live authentically. Members can expect a mix of discussion, education, and experiential work that’s designed to feel both structured and organic. We’ll cover practical tools, share personal insights, and cultivate a safe space for meaningful reflection. Each session runs about an hour and it’s time intentionally carved out to focus on your journey to fulfillment.
