I offer a collaborative, curious, and compassionate approach that empowers you to heal and grow.
I provide EMDR, trauma-focused, CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy. My special interests include adults with grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and parenting challenges of special needs children. As a Veteran myself, I understand military life and have experience working with service members and their families.
