Many therapists like myself venture into the mental health field motivated by their own experiences. Growing up in a family that struggled with addictions, grief/loss, co-dependency, violence and dysfunction, I existed in life feeling lonely, worthless, and empty for too many years. I turned my life upside down and reconstructed my life based upon me as I was truly created. Living life whole, as a spiritually connected being, brought me to love, accept and respect myself. In this place LIFE IS GOOD! I know the path that leads to this place.

As a solution focused therapist, my goal is to empower you to find your own strengths. My approach to therapy is to assist you to heal from past wounds and cope with current issues in nurturing and non-judgmental manner. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with many types of disorders - including learning difficulties, Attention Deficit Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, Marital/Relationship problems, Anxiety, and Depression.

Imani Behavioral Health was started in May of 2018 as a way to serve the community with a multicultural team of professionals providing quality services through a multitude of therapeutic specialties. As the company grew and clientele increased; we began to realize the difficulty of finding a mental health agency that provides quality services to accommodate everyone’s various needs. Due to the growing needs of the community; we now have three offices with two in Clarksville (933 Tracy Lane suite D & 1725 Wilma Rudolph Suite 1) and one in Nashville (404 BNA Dr. Suite 200)!

Everyone deserves to feel accepted and loved for who they are now and encouraged to take steps toward becoming the person they want to be. No matter how you may have been raised or how you may have been treated in the past, you deserve to feel safe and connected to people who care and that can start with a therapeutic relationship. I believe that healing and hope is possible in every situation. That may look differently for each person and it may not be what you expect. Working with foster teens has shown me what a huge difference unconditional love and support can make in a young person's life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in assisting individuals move forward from life transitions such as death, relationships terminations, health related issues, financial stressors, and career losses. These losses, when unaddressed can result in feeling immobile, indecisive, imprisoned, and disconnected.

I am a graduate of a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Degree. Helping others navigate through life's difficult times has always been a passion of mine. I am currently seeing clients in the office as well as telehealth. Ensuring my clients are comfortable and have a non judgmental, safe environment is of utmost importance to me. I understand exposing our deepest darkest secrets, fears, and struggles can be difficult. As a veteran, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from all walks of life. I am a licensed therapist providing Christian counseling services to couples and individuals. I offer in-person sessions in Nashville/Franklin, and video options for anyone in South Carolina, Florida, or Tennessee. I see teenagers through adults, and really enjoy working with men and veterans.

I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselor and have a Masters Social Work Degree. I offer individual therapy, couples and family counseling in addition to group counseling. I specialize in mood disorders, depression post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), marriage & family therapy, anxiety disorders, domestic violence, trauma issues, grief therapy and anger management.

My name is Chelsi Williamson and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker and a Certified Yoga Teacher (200 Hr). I specialize in children and families and I am trained in EMDR for trauma resolution. I love working with family systems, be it mothers, fathers, couples, children, teens, etc. I see things through a physiologically based trauma lens with a deep understanding of how trauma gets stored in the physical body. It is a passion of mine to help all impacted individuals release the burden of carried trauma, particularly generational trauma. I love working with women trying to show up for family and change pervasive patterns.

I honed my helping skills providing over a decade of individual, couple, and family counseling and working several years in the crisis intervention and crisis stabilization field in the states of California and Virginia. My experience and knowledge equips me to share with others as a marriage and family therapist, minister, coach, consultant and author, and allows me to facilitate positive change in peoples' lives. As a helper of people, I understand that we, human beings, express our greatest potential when we discover and remove the obstacles that hinder our capabilities.

Restore Life Behavioral Health is an outpatient treatment center that focuses on healing the total person. We provide counseling services such as individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
