Hello, I am Cat Boellner. I have been working as a Licensed Social Worker for over 8 years with a focus on adults, teens, young adults, couples, and family therapy. I have worked with children, adults, and families to address many challenges including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, behavioral/ parent-child relational challenges, mild substance use, and grief. I am experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed Care, Solutions Focused interventions, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and other evidenced based practices. We can work together to improve coping and communication skills, reduce stress, and work through transitional phases of your life. Parent/caregiver involvement is encouraged for younger children and teens (when appropriate).
