Having practiced for more than 40 years in NYC, and now in White Plains, NY and Stamford, CT, I work primarily with patients suffering from panic attacks and/or other anxiety disorders and depression. These are highly treatable conditions and I see fairly rapid progress. I also teach assertiveness and communication skills to enhance relationships. Being successfully married for 47 years, I bring a wealth of personal experience to couples counseling. Therapy is centered on giving people the tools they need to move on and enjoy their lives. I prefer face to face sessions, but also do phone sessions and/or video sessions when needed.
