DeJuan J. Lundy is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), and a Certified Life Coach (CLC) with over 18 years of experience working with diverse populations, ages as well as a wide range of diagnoses and disorders. She specializes in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, ADHD, PTSD, Addiction, Substance Abuse, Trauma, Anger Management, Stress Management, and Mood Disorders.

We are licensed in Utah, Oregon, Maine, Minnesota, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina and Colorado. We currently offer telehealth and virtual therapeutic services. We work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, family relations issues, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. We combine different therapeutic approaches based on client's presenting concerns, goals, and motivation, such as, cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, mindfulness, client-centered, solution-focused therapy.

I work with people of all ages, from children to adults. I particularly love working with kids with anxiety, anger management issues, and stress management. I also work with a lot of teens, young adults and adults on navigating major life transitions, improving relationships with themselves and others and figuring out what they want in life.

I live by the motto “I can and I will watch me” and I apply this mindset when working with clients to be their best selves. I enjoy providing treatment to children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families and strive to build an effective therapeutic relationship that develops life-long skills enhancing an individual's strengths to adjust to life in today's society. My approach is to provide a safe space and help others achieve fulfillment and happiness through believing that regardless of what life has thrown their way, they can persevere through it.

Karen’s passion as a Social Worker is to uplift, inform, empower, and assist "All" clients with creating avenues for success, with a great desire to focus on lower socioeconomic and at-risk populations.

I specialize in helping you navigate through life's challenges, learn how to be more aware of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, surroundings, situations, & to reduce automatic responses. My clients are often experiencing stressors related to burnout, life transitions, life stagnation, relationships, perfectionism, Imposter Syndrome, high achievement/striving, challenging family dynamics, & struggling with managing anxiety/depression symptoms, addictions, or just feeling "stuck". The goal is to find your peace, recognize that you are not separated by your mental, physical, & spiritual health but interdependently connected by them.

I am passionate about joining my client’s care team and supporting them in reaching any wellness goals they have. I work to build a trusting relationship with my client and work collaboratively to create a treatment plan and identify strengths and barriers to achieving it. I believe that one of the most important factors in treatment is the strength of the relationship with my clients, so I want to ensure they feel comfortable and safe from the start. My faith and beliefs have taught me the importance of walking alongside clients through difficult times and helping them to live healthy and successful lives.

*Please email me for info.* Dr. Giordano's sister Maryann died in 1986 after a 3.5-year struggle with cancer. After Dr. Giordano's last cancer treatment, he began his undergraduate in psychology. Dr. Giordano is the grateful father of two adults. These and many other experiences help Dr. Giordano understand first hand the impact of living with and losing a terminally ill sibling, the effects of losing a child on parents, being diagnosed and treated for cancer, and the challenges related to marriage, divorce, remarriage, raising children, blended families, caring for aging parents, and LGBTQ issues including transgender transition.
