I am a clinical psychologist focused on helping kids, teens, and families navigate challenges related to ADHD, social relationships, difficult emotions, and stress. I believe that with the right supportive environment of empathy, patience, and guidance, we can all grow through these challenges and emerge stronger than before. I offer therapy and testing services to facilitate this process of growth. I am currently providing these services remotely through telehealth, and I am able to offer remote testing for some presenting concerns, such as ADHD, emotional functioning, and disruptive behaviors.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I use an empathic approach to create a safe and healing space for my clients. I am passionate about guiding adolescents and adults through difficult or painful life events such as relationship loss, the transition from high school to college, school-related anxiety, divorce, marriage, parenting and relationship issues. My clinical experience and interest areas include eating disorders and disordered eating, OCD, school refusal, mood disorders, self-harming behaviors and parent coaching.

My expertise is in providing individual and family therapy. As a therapist and educational advocate, I work with tweens, teens, adults and families to bring out their best selves by using successes in the past to confront and conquer current life challenges. It is okay to struggle with anxiety; the goal is to make sure you don't suffer from it. Parent coaching means understanding great kids can also make bad decisions. We work together to learn practical strategies to put in your parent toolbox. I'm also passionate about helping parents trust their instincts by decoding specialized vocabulary of IEPs and help parents assert their expertise when it comes to the special needs of special kids.

At North Shore Family Services, we empower kids, teens, and adults to learn tools, so they can succeed independently. Our goal is for children, teens, adults, parents, and couples to learn skills to be successful with school, peers, work, and family- long after therapy ends. We assist with IEP and 504 plans to help our children/teen clients succeed where they spend most of their day- out of their parents' sight. Parents are our partners in helping kids and teens learn life skills.
