I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, with a certificate in Animal-Assisted Therapy. I work with individuals 3 years old and up. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Synergetic Play Therapy. Most of my work entails treating symptoms of trauma, depression and anxiety. I also offer parenting consultation and skill building. For those interested, I offer canine-assisted therapy services. I will work with you to uncover, reduce or eliminate whatever barriers are getting in the way of achieving the lifestyle you want.

I love working with clients who are facing divorce, custody, or other family law issues. As a family lawyer turned therapist, I bring a keen understanding of the legal system to my clinical work with individuals & couples. However, not all of my clients are getting divorced! I also enjoy working with couples who wish to improve their relationships as well as individuals seeking to grow. Many of my clients are lawyers or other professionals who value my ability to analyze issues strategically and understand the challenges of a demanding profession. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, & multicultural counseling traditions, I collaborate with clients to explore their concerns, set goals, & develop a plan for moving forward. I offer individual counseling, Marriage Counseling, Family Counseling, Addiction Counseling and support. I 'm an expert in Axis II diagnosis and all mental health issues. I specialize in substance abuse addiction, DUI groups and support, Anger Management Evaluations and mental health and substance abuse evaluations. Substance Abuse Evaluations offered . I have groups for DBT, substance abuse and Anger management, also parenting classes are now available
