I am part of a group practice called WellBeings Therapy. I have experience working with children, youth and adults. I work with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, life stressors/transitions, attachment/relationship issues and trauma. I specialize in working with early infant mental health and have received extensive training in this area. I am certified in Child Parent-Psychotherapy (CPP), a treatment modality aimed at supporting the child-caregiver dyad move through trauma. My training also includes Infant Massage - teaching my clients about how important nurturing touch and communication is between caregiver and child.
