Supporting mothers throughout the stages of motherhood is something I hold close to my heart. I am also extremely passionate about my work with teen girls, especially those who struggle with academic pressures. I facilitate two girls' group each week that focuses on friendships, self-esteem, self-care, and coping skills for middle and high school.

My goal is to have my client become more self-aware, identify and implement their strengths, and have tools they can apply outside of the therapy room.
