I use an individualized approach grounded in family systems to guide clients on their journeys of self-exploration, weaving mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques into sessions.
My areas of specialization include parenting support, family therapy, depression, anxiety, and stage of life issues with teens and adults. I utilize play therapy with children to help with a range of issues and behaviors. I have also received specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through Postpartum Support International.
