I specialize in working with young children (ages 0-11), caregivers and Moms struggling with parenting/life demands and/or postpartum depression and anxiety. I use the insight, understanding and compassion I have gained in my years of practice to help clients with the challenges of parenting; whether the child is neuro-typical, has special needs or is struggling with anxiety, aggression, anger, divorce, trauma or life transitions and also to help children navigate these obstacles.

I know what it’s like to experience debilitating sadness, hopelessness, anxiety, relational conflict, grief and trauma and I can help.
