Throughout my career, I have seen many individuals benefit from allowing themselves to fully experience therapy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in the field for many years. I have specialties in the following areas: grief/loss, addiction, severe/persistent mental health disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, divorce, parenting, family conflict, codependency and much more.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Motivational Interviewing techniques, Solution Focused Therapy as well as mindfulness are some of the clinical approaches that I utilize in my sessions.As a Certified Qualified Supervisor I also provide supervision for masters levels clinicians seeking licensure in the field.
