Are you experiencing chronic illness or pain? Do you feel stress, anxiety, and depression emotionally AND physically? My practice focuses on treating both the mind and the body using a caring, holistic approach. I am a certified Integrative Medicine Mental Health Provider, and have 15 years of experience working with adults, teens, children, couples, and families experiencing illness/pain, anxiety, phobias, OCD, depression, eating disorders, difficulty with life transitions and relationships, weight loss, and smoking struggles. I empower my clients in a safe environment by teaching them real-life techniques to ensure fast results.
My goal is to make the process of entering into therapy a smooth one by providing my clients with flexible appointment options. I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments, as well as appointments via telephone for those who cannot make it into the office due to illness or physical limitations. My office is fully ADA accessible as well.
I am associated with Capital Integrative Health, a network of holistic physicians and alternative providers. We collaborate to provide clients with the best mental and physical health care. I also collaborate with other healthcare providers as requested. I am available to answer questions with a free phone consultation.
