I am a Cognitive-Behaviorist with 10+ years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of emotional and behavioral needs. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and anger control problems in children, adolescents and adults. I am also highly experienced in working with inattentive, hyperactive, impulsive and/or oppositional children and adolescents. I also teach stress management interventions and do parent trainings. Finally, I have 10+ years experience doing cognitive, educational and personality assessment for all ages.

My practice is highly individualized and client centered with a focus on the presenting problem as described by the client (s). Together, we will begin the process of understanding and resolving the issues that have brought you to counseling. Through insight and proactive behavioral changes you should be able to reach your goals in a timely manner. I will partner with you as you go through your life transitions and develop new strategies of coping and adaptation as well as change.
