Do your child's behaviors have you feeling exhausted/stressed? I offer parent coaching to help support you with challenging phases of development such as transitions, separations, communication, behaviors and tantrums. I also teach you how to parent consciously, mindfully, and intentionally to promote good mental health that transcends into adulthood. I educate expecting and new parents on how to promote a healthy social/emotional relationship w/your baby. You may have one or multiple questions or just want to learn all you can to support your Birth-8 child. If your child is older, call or email to see if I would be a good fit.

I help you feel more equipped as a parent with education, tools such as scripts, and gain a new perspective. We'll figure out together what is fueling the behavior and how to better communicate and support their emotions, gain an understanding of how your child's brain works, and what causes their upset. All tailored to meet the needs of your family.
