I am a clinical psychologist focused on helping kids, teens, and families navigate challenges related to ADHD, social relationships, difficult emotions, and stress. I believe that with the right supportive environment of empathy, patience, and guidance, we can all grow through these challenges and emerge stronger than before. I offer therapy and testing services to facilitate this process of growth. I am currently providing these services remotely through telehealth, and I am able to offer remote testing for some presenting concerns, such as ADHD, emotional functioning, and disruptive behaviors.

Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tends toward a systems based approach using behavior methods.

Hello, I’m Whitney Perdun, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board Certified Art Therapist working with individuals, families, and couples. I have eight years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, self esteem, marital/pre-marital, and emotional disturbance issues. I obtained my Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, specializing in children and families along with addiction treatment. I received the Class Act Award from University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago and the Chapter of Merit Award from the American Case Management Association. I combine CBT, motivational interviewing, harm reduction, behavioral analysis, and mindfulness/insight awareness with a client-centered solution-focused approach.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children ages 3-18, with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. I specialize in working with children who have experienced trauma, particularly abuse and attachment trauma. I have a nurturing, yet directive style that helps children and families to feel at ease, as I believe that safety in the therapeutic relationship is most important. My passion lies in helping children emotionally heal, and helping parents to play an integral role in this process.
