We can help with: marriage and relationship issues, healing heartbreak, attachment work, childbirth/postpartum/parenting, loss, grief and neurodiversity. We help you heal from the past and develop skills in the present for a life filled with meaning and hope.
I also work with associates - those in training to become licensed therapists. This is a way for us to give back to the community and provide a lower fee counseling experience for those who need it. We currently hold a women's process group. Our group is exploring and processing topics such as sexual abuse, relationship issues (past and present), narcissistic abuse, lack of Self Love.
