With an extensive background in child welfare, counseling, consultation, life coaching, and the observance of resources needed for underprivileged families and services for behaviorally challenged youth, I founded Love Out Loud Counseling and Consulting Services. I strive to create that safe, welcoming space, where you can feel completely comfortable in opening up, to begin the process of healing and feeling whole, again. I utilize different approaches to help clients achieve self growth and to build better relationships. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their inner world to accomplish high self worth, competent boundaries, secure attachments, and individual purpose. I explore spiritual, mental, emotional and family dynamics with my clients to get to the root of any life stressors. I hope for my clients to experience inner peace and clarity after each session as they continue towards a journey of self-awareness. Practical and existential practices are utilized to bring about confidence and high self-esteem to achieve the client's goals.

I am an Associate Licensed Counselor. I truly believe everyone has the potential to live their best lives. As a Therapist, my role is to guide clients in discovering their true selves. I do this by using a person-centered approach during therapy. Therapy sessions are done in a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment. My work focuses on providing accessible counseling services that draw from various therapeutic modalities, with a special interest in working with neurodiverse individuals and the queer community. I am a Registered Play Therapist who uses play therapy techniques to help children cope with stressful circumstances and life issues. I have a background working in the school systems and foster care helping children and teens cope with stressful circumstances and behavioral issues.
