I work with neurodivergent kids, teens, and young adults - and the parent who love them. To help them understand their brains, build emotional resilience, and feel confident being exactly who they are. As a therapist and a mom of an autistic son, I offer support that is validating, practical, and grounded in lived experience. I get it.
I help with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and AUDHD kids, neurodivergent teens navigating identity, overwhelm and burnout. Young adults struggling with transitions, anxiety, or executive functioning, parents who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure how to support their child and support neurotypical siblings.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based, and deeply compassionate. I meet everyone where they are - whether that's talking, drawing, fidgeting, pacing, or sitting quietly until they feel safe.
