My role is to walk beside my clients as they find their own solutions. I bring a background from journalism, theater, film, event production, dj, and comedy writing to my practice. Clients can expect to be heard and encouraged with genuine empathy and faith in improving life experiences. The modalities I use most are positive psychology , cognitive behavioral, client centered, gestalt, Parent Child Interactive, and trauma informed. I am grateful for every client I am privileged to meet.

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervision endorsement, Board Certified Art Therapist, and graduate of clinical training program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. I provide a safe, supportive space in which healing can begin and utilize a holistic, person centered approach. I focus on each individual's strengths and provide support to enhance coping skills. I use holistic, expressive therapies to increase self-esteem, self-awareness, cultivate emotional resilience, promote insight, enhance social skills, reduce and resolve conflicts, and promote personal growth.

Beth Gracey has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families as an independently licensed social worker. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Master's degree in Social Work. She has been the Children's Program Coordinator at the County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board for over 10 years. She serves as co-chair of the Summit County Youth Suicide Prevention Committee, and Summit County Trauma Informed Care Coalition. She is a Level One Certified Trauma Practitioner and certified perinatal mood disorder specialist.

Providing a compassionate and trusting therapeutic relationship is a priority in treatment. I strive to guide people to develop their inner strengths and wisdom, and to release negative thought and behavioral patterns through a variety of therapeutic techniques. I am highly trauma-focused, as well as spiritually-oriented. A relaxed and non-judgmental environment is provided to all persons, regardless of culture, religion, age, economic status, sexuality, or gender. I treat all ages and all mental health concerns and collaborate with needed professionals to ensure the most effective treatment. Office hours are usually available to accommodate work and school schedules.

Many of my clients suffer from depression, anxiety, and/or addiction. They are looking for a way to break free of the chains that have held them in these illnesses. As a mental health professional, I’ve worked in the field of psychology for many years. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in trauma recovery, grief/bereavement, personality disorders, anxiety related disorders, mood disorders, relationship difficulties and obsessive-compulsive disorders. I’m a life-long learner and I support in a wholistic approach to mental health wellness. I also support that we are all much more than just the sum of our parts. I’m extensively trained in the psychodynamic, existential - humanistic, and cognitive behavioral schools of psychological thought.

Amy works with individuals and couples of all walks of life. With over 25 years of combined experience, she assists survivors of trauma and loss including death, divorce, and a multitude of life changes and transformations. She helps individuals living with grief, all forms of loss, depression, anxiety, PTSD, codependency and adult children of alcoholics. Amy guides couples and individuals with sexuality concerns, communication and relationship-building, as well as spirituality and life adjustments. She encompasses mind-body-energy healing practices to fit the client's worldviews and needs.

I am attentive, professional with healing in mind. I use evidence base therapies to assist with the healing process of the client. My sole purpose is to help the client work through issues and except change no matter where or how that happens.
