At Papini Counseling, we believe healing and growth are most powerful when they are supported by compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. Our approach is rooted in the belief that each person’s experience is unique, and therefore, therapy should be tailored to fit the individual—not the other way around.
In addition to individual therapy, we offer couples and family therapy, group support, coaching services, and professional development for schools and organizations. Our Team
My ideal client is open to the process of therapy and allows our work together to be collaborative. I have experience helping clients work through stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger/frustrations, grief/loss, and much more. As someone who has sat in both chairs (the therapist's and the client's), I know how nerve-wracking therapy can feel when you first get started. If you are willing to push through some of those initial discomforts and engage in the process, I have no doubts that you will gain valuable insight and experience personal growth.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, abandonment issues, relationship challenges, and major life adjustments. I also offer career counseling and coaching, including support related to ADHD and life.
