About
I am devoted to providing a safe place for individuals seeking to learn to practice self-compassion and self-acceptance. My goal is to be a strong support for you by providing therapy through a trauma informed lens. I will work alongside you, as you explore your strengths, values, and maximize your potential to live your true authentic self. I have experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence, as well as those newly diagnosed with HIV, and those adapting to new life changes.
I believe in the power validation and empowerment has in reducing strong feelings of guilt and shame. By providing a safe and positive space for you to explore your core values and strengths, I hope to support you in creating growth and healing within yourself. I utilize a combined approach of ACT, CBT, and Somatic therapy to meet your therapy goals.
About me: I am a bi-lingual and bi-cultural therapist, who provides individual therapy in English or Spanish.
