Hello! I am a Texas board approved LMFT Supervisor accepting LMFT-A supervisees. I am Mexican/American and bilingually trained in Eng/Spanish. I have past experience in working with individuals, couples, families, parenting education, law enforcement/corrections and community mental health. I incorporate my studies in neuroscience and my training as a family therapist into my practice. My trauma work focuses on helping clients process past childhood unmet needs/trauma, sexual, physical, emotional and psychological trauma. I also work with clients that may be experiencing stressful life transitions or grief/complicated grief.

I work with individuals, couples and families. My specializations are in family systems, trauma, MDD, PTSD, C-PTSD, GAD, young adults, life transitions, women's health, stress/anxiety, and grief.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming! I offer a FREE 10-15 minute phone or video consultation for potential clients that may have questions or concerns. I accept insurance, EAPs (please see list) and also offer a sliding scale fee ($65-$105 per session) for clients that do not have insurance. I do offer flexible scheduling on weekdays and nights.
