| español I am a Texas board approved LMFT supervisor. I am multiculturally/bilingually trained in English and Spanish. I hope to provide every client that I meet with an open, inviting and calming space to explore and reflect within themselves and share their experiences. I incorporate my studies in neuroscience and my training as a family therapist into my practice. My trauma work has focused on processing childhood wounds and unmet needs as a child, sexual, physical, emotional and psychological trauma. I also work with clients that may be experiencing stressful life transitions or grief/complicated grief.
I am accepting individuals, couples and families. My specializations are in family systems, MDD, PTSD, C-PTSD, GAD, young adults, life transitions, women's health, stress/anxiety, grief and trauma. I also offer a $5 mini course found on my website if you are curious about starting the therapy process.
Therapy can be overwhelming! I offer a FREE 10-15 minute phone or video consultation for potential clients that ay have questions. I'm accepting insurance, EAPs (please see list) and also offer a sliding scale fee ($65-$105 per session) for clients that do not have insurance. I do offer flexible scheduling on weekdays and nights.
