Paola Andrea Rodriguez's Groups
Women's Group: Let's Talk about Love and Sex.
This virtual group is aimed to support women that are single or dating. This group will help you understand love from an attachment perspective. You will get a deeper understanding of why you adapt certain patterns in relationships. We will also address views about sex and how messages from culture, family, society and the media have shaped your sexual lense. Dating and new relationships can seem scary, you are choosing to enter an uncertain land often being afraid that you will get hurt. Allow me to guide you through this journey that can be scary but extremely rewarding. Welcome.
Sex Worker Support Group
I am offering a closed group for sex/gender diverse individuals who self-identify as sex workers. All are welcome from all sectors of the sex industry. I come from a sex positive, non judgmental, empowered focused approach that celebrates sex/gender/relational/cultural diversity. I am a certified sex therapist and aim to provide a safe space to address professional, relational, social, familial and other on-going challenges. Welcome!
Post Divorce: Taking the Next Step
This group is aimed to help men and women adjust mindfully after ending a significant relationship. For many, divorce can be a mixture of shock, grief, relief, anger and disillusionment. It is important to work through these feelings before starting a new relationship, otherwise we tend to repeat the patterns that we do not understand. Questions such as - How do I date? How do I trust someone again? When do I have sex with someone new? Do I want casual relationship or am I ready for commitment. All of these will be addressed in a group setting with a facilitator/sex therapist/relationship expert.
