I help people look beneath the surface of their daily lives to reach a more profound understanding of who they are and what they truly want. Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or seeking a level of insight you haven't reached before, I work with those navigating questions of self esteem, identity and belonging. I offer a presence that is compassionate, attuned, and gently direct - helping you connect the dots between your history and your future purpose. My role is to help you uncover the underlying patterns that keep you disconnected from your inner voice, so you can move forward with purpose, and wholeness.

I often work with people navigating difficult life transitions, demanding expectations, and relationship issues. I have extensive experience with those struggling with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and codependent patterns - especially when it's hard to stay connected to your own needs.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an artist, teacher, and university counselor. These experiences deepened my curiosity about how people become who they are. Today, I work with adults and adolescents who want to better understand themselves, make sense of their lives, and move toward change that feels authentic and meaningful.
