You may have found yourself feeling stuck. Things aren't working and you're looking for change. Regulating emotions (whether your own or your child’s), remaining present, stress, and family life all take a toll on us and can be hard to manage. Maybe you want to feel heard and understood and gain a sense of how things could be different and what steps are needed to achieve that. You deserve to be able to understand yourself or your child in a more meaningful way, and I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to present themselves openly and authentically.

Does it feel like you’re constantly walking on eggshells at home? Maybe you’re exhausted by your child’s tantrums, worried about their social anxiety, or feeling like you’ve lost the "instruction manual" for your teenager. You want a home filled with ease, but instead, you're managing a mental load of worry and conflict. You long to be the patient, connected parent you imagined, yet you feel overwhelmed and stuck. You aren't alone, and it doesn't have to stay this way. I help families find their way back to calm and connection. As a former teacher, I understand how real-world challenges affect a child’s life.

Does it feel like your child is navigating challenges that are hard for others to see? Maybe school doesn't quite fit how their brain works, big emotions show up without warning, or you're wondering whether "different" is really "neurodivergent." Or maybe you're the one wondering, looking back and asking whether ADHD or autism has shaped your own story. I work with children, teens, adults, and families making sense of neurodivergence, anxiety, and behavioral challenges, helping them move toward understanding and calm.
