I don't think one size fits all so I adapt to meet my clients goals. My trainings and experience with diverse cultures helps me engage with curiosity and interest to form a genuine bond with my clients. With individuals and couples, skills training helps feel empowered while we continue to deepen the conversation to experience lasting change in old patterns.
